The “13th Rallly Železniki 2026” will be run in compliance with the FIA International Sporting Code (ISC) including appendices, the FIA 2026 Regional Rally Sporting Regulations including appendices, the CEZ Championship Regulations, AŠ SLO sporting regulations, the WADA/NADA Codes, and the FIA AntiDoping Regulations, as amended from time to time. The National Road Traffic Regulations shall apply. Unless provided otherwise by these Supplementary Regulations, the provisions of the above Rules and Regulations shall apply.

The 2026 FIA Regional Rallies Championships Sporting Regulations (FIA RRSR) can be found at www.fia.com. During the rally, for any dispute concerning the interpretation of the regulations, only the English text will be binding.
